Non-commercial use
Any personal (non-commercial use) is allowed. The commissioner is free to use the commissioned piece/character design in any non-commercial manner, including personal projects.
Creating physical copies of the commissioned piece and printing it on any physical objects is allowed as long as it is done for non-commercial purposes.

If you consider to use my work for commercial proposes (like sale, business promotion, manufacture of merchandise, etc.) is necessary to warn me about it.
